Capella facilitates a transformative workshop designed to inspire participants to reflect on their life journey through the lens of storytelling. Drawing on two decades of experience producing films, Capella illustrates that every life is a series of moments, just as film is a series of frames. If we pause to observe these frames, what stories do they tell? What themes emerge, and who are the characters that shape our narrative?

Storytelling is a powerful tool for personal and professional growth. By viewing one’s life as a film, we can uncover the narratives that define us in a fun and creative way. This experience provides opportunities for reflection, gratitude, understanding, and prospection.

Participants are invited to be the directors, scriptwriters, and stars of their lives. Each moment presents an opportunity to define their plot, embark on new adventures, and cast their third act with intention. This experience encourages participants to foster authentic connections, celebrate unique journeys, recognize achievements, and shape their future.
